ECS Product Analyst
Location: Dublin
6 months contractJoin a leading financial services organization dedicated to protecting infrastructure, data, and systems from external and internal threats. As the Business Analyst on the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge identity and access management (IAM) solutions while driving data-driven decision-making processes.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Import, clean, transform, validate, and model data to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Design and develop relational databases to improve data quality and drive insights.
• Translate complex business needs into clear epics, user stories, and actionable deliverables.
• Champion cross-team collaboration to achieve strategic objectives and deliver exceptional outcomes.

About You:

• 8+ years of experience as a systems or business analyst, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Proven skills in data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel, SAS, and SPSS, with a focus on presenting actionable conclusions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience improving data quality and developing databases.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Sailpoint Identity IQ, and Access Lifecycle Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
