An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a key member of the Conference and Event Team of a thriving hotel and conference centre. You will be instrumental in assisting and supervising the team to deliver high quality events for a variety of external and internal customers and wide range of events.

While also assisting and supervising the team to coordinate and provide customers with a high level of pre event services.

This role is 5 out of 7 (including weekends) and shifts will be between 0700-2300, and will include 2-3 Duty manger shifts per week.

You will have experience in detailed event coordination of conferences, weddings and functions. You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a first class telephone manner and enjoy working with customers both on the telephone and face to face. You will have the ability to work in a target orientated environment and have a good working knowledge of MS Office programmes (Excel, Word and Outlook). The ability to work to tight deadlines and work productively in a team are essential.
