Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support tailored to the pupil’s individual needs

* Assist with day-to-day classroom activities and encourage active participation

* Offer emotional and behavioural support where required

* Monitor progress and communicate updates with staff and parents
