1st Line/2nd Line Support Engineer – Leeds (Contract)
We’re looking for IT Support Engineers to join our team in Warrington on a contract basis.

Location: Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Up to £200/Day

Key Requirements:

– Hands-on experience providing technical support
– Remote support experince
– Ability to work independently and within an office
– Ability to provide desk-side support
– Experince with Azure technologies
– Microsoft 365, Active Directory
– Desktop/laptop setup & support (HP, Dell, etc.)
– Basic networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
