Job Title: 360 Driver

Location: Gravesend

We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Driver to join our client’s team in Gravesend. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, contributing to the success of various construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate 360-degree excavator machinery above and below 10 tonnes in a safe and efficient manner.
* Conduct grading, spreading, and levelling activities according to project requirements.
* Work in confined spaces around services, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Perform muck shifting and foundation work as needed.
* Collaborate closely with the construction team to meet project deadlines and goals.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including those outlined by the CSCS card scheme, CPCS certification, Safety Critical Medical certification, and Lifting Ops accreditation.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a 360 Driver in the construction industry.
* Valid CSCS card, CPCS certification for operating 360 excavators above and below 10 tonnes, Safety Critical Medical certification, and Lifting Ops accreditation.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends if required.
