This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, cross-border financing structures for top-tier clients, including banks, debt funds and private equity sponsors. Known for its market-leading banking team, the firm provides a supportive and dynamic culture where associates can thrive and develop their skills.​Position OverviewAs a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will play a key role in advising banks, financial institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors on complex, cross-border financing structures. You will be responsible for documenting and negotiating a range of leveraged finance debt facilities, working closely with senior lawyers and partners to deliver exceptional service to clients.​ResponsibilitiesAdvise on a variety of leveraged finance transactions, focusing on representing lenders and sponsorsDocument and negotiate a range of leveraged finance debt facilitiesManage and coordinate the legal aspects of transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, corporate and real estate departmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and objectives​RequirementsQualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE in leveraged financeStrong academic backgroundProven track record in advising on complex, cross-border financing structuresExcellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills​BenefitsAttractive, competitive pay packageSupportive team culture with a focus on personal and professional developmentComprehensive training sessions and access to a wealth of learning resourcesSecondment opportunities to further develop your skills and experience​For more information about this position, please get in touch with Rebecca Collins.
