YOU WILL LEARN TO:

Under thesupervision of the CFO, Data & Analytics:

• Budget control of central expenses with Data project managers & consultants,
• Global consolidation of Data expenses/workforce for L’Oréal Group,
• Development of guidelines for Data Zones/Business Units,
• Measurement of Data performance and its value creation within L’Oréal Group,
• Preparation of financial/strategic presentations for the General Management,
• Involvement in the financial management of a strategic real estate project.

YOU ARE…

• A Master student – No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school – no negotiation either!

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables…),
• Fluent in French and Professional-level English

Soft Skills:

• Strong numerical skills,
• Rigorous in data manipulation,
• Good interpersonal skills to obtain necessary data,
• Ability to synthesize and analyze numerical data, and create understandable and relevant tables,
• Adaptability to multiple stakeholders.
