In a context of maternity leave cover, our Clinics Operations Department is looking for an Immunology Application Specialist who will work in the Investigation Unit Immunology Department, reporting to the Global Customer Service Manager within a team of ten employees.

What will be your missions within bioMérieux?

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire investigation to handle reclamations/issues regarding immunology products from subsidiaries/distributors to ensure complete customer satisfaction:

• Provide technical support on reagents for the immunology range to subsidiaries and distributors.
• Be responsible and lead investigations related to the immunology range.
• Lead investigation meetings and work closely with other departments (production site, AQ site, R&D…).
• Monitor and report on the status of investigations within the required timeframe.
• Develop tools to help subsidiaries/distributors provide support to customers (troubleshooting tool, FAQ guide, trend analysis, indicators…).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and provide feedback on product complaints to the production and R&D departments as well as to other GCS teams.

Who are you?

• You have a scientific degree in biology with a minimum of 2 years experience as an Application Specialist, hotline, or technician ideally for reagents in the immunology range.
• You have a good knowledge of clinical laboratories and hospitals.
• Ideally, you have a good knowledge of bioMérieux products in the immunology range.
• You are fluent in English and in French.
• You are recognized for your customer service skills, your leadership, and your ability to convince and obtain adhesion.
• You appreciate teamwork but you are also capable of autonomy and reactivity.
