Job Brief:Are you a university student in Malta studying Law, Business, Taxation or Finance, and looking for a high-impact, hands-on internship? This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a CEO in setting up international business entities — from investor relations and legal registration to operational launch.This internship is designed for students who need to complete a compulsory academic internship as part of their degree. You’ll collaborate remotely with a global team and gain exceptional insights into company structuring, international compliance, and startup operations.Responsibilities:Assist in setting up foreign subsidiaries, from planning to launchHelp prepare documents for lawyers, tax advisors, and regulatorsConduct legal and compliance research related to business formationSupport the CEO in meetings with international corporate service providersParticipate in remote coordination of operations, governance, and investor relationsSkills Required:Enrolled in a university in Malta (Law, Business, Finance, Taxation)The internship must be part of your official academic curriculumStrong written and spoken English skillsReliable, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable working independently in a remote team environmentLegal Framework:This is an unpaid academic internship, in line with Maltese labor lawOpen only to students whose study program formally includes internshipsNo employment relationship is establishedReimbursement of reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. travel, documentation) when necessary
