Job Title: Account Executive

An international hospitality organization is seeking an Account Executive to oversee and support a portfolio of 30-40 hotels across Southern Europe. The role is focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, strengthening day-to-day relationships, providing technical guidance, and ensuring profitability across multiple distribution channels. This position is suited for a candidate who combines hospitality knowledge with strong technical and account management skills.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to balance operational support and relationship management. They will thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and be able to collaborate across multiple internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Be the main point of contact for 30-40 hotels in the region.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
* Provide proactive support to maximize satisfaction and retention.
* Support the wider portfolio with administrative tasks, including commission claims, RFPs, and group inquiries.
* Coordinate onboarding and system set-ups for new hotel partners.
* Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal tech teams.
* Train hotel staff on distribution tools and updates.
* Conduct regular check-ins to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Advise partners on best practices to enhance performance and visibility.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and account records.
* Deliver personalized, high-touch support to partner hotels.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights that drive results.
* Manage inquiries and escalations promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or hotel operations.
* Familiarity with hospitality systems (CRS, PMS, channel managers) strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple accounts.
* Fluency in English and Italian required; additional European languages preferred.
* Willingness to travel (20-30% of the time).
