• Identify upsell opportunities by understanding customers’ needs.
• Collaborate with sales to develop tailored proposals and strategies.
• Deliver demos and highlight additional benefits.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product suite, competitor offerings, and pricing.
• Engage proactively with hoteliers to understand their goals and challenges.
• Act as the primary contact, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and satisfaction.
• Identify ways to enhance hoteliers’ experiences based on feedback.
• Provide training and resources to help hoteliers maximize our products.
• Develop and implement strategies to address customer concerns and reduce churn risks.

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You speak a native/bilingual level of Dutch and French fluently
• You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors
