As the global market leader in our low-voltage/telecommunications infrastructure space, CommScope is seeking an upbeat Account Manager to join a highly successful, results-oriented team.

This role is predominantly customer-facing and is responsible for positioning and selling a portfolio of premium low-voltage copper/fiber infrastructure solutions, as well as In-Building Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems, at the end-user decision-maker level. This role is based in Houston, TX.

As the global market leader in our low-voltage/telecommunications infrastructure space, CommScope is looking for an upbeat Account Manager to join a very successful and results-oriented team.

This role is predominantly customer-facing and is responsible for positioning and selling a portfolio of premium low-voltage copper/fiber infrastructure solutions, as well as In-Building Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems, at the end-user decision-maker level.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

-Five or more years of account management sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
-Ability to strategically run large enterprise accounts and grow the territory.
-Experience in the telecom industry and in the data center industry
-Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to act with professional interpersonal skills.
-Ability and willingness to travel within the Houston market for tradeshows, customer meetings, industry events, etc.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is ($Minimum) to ($Midpoint).

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
