Votre rôle

Rattaché à l’équipe Sales, vous travaillez avec 2 Executive Account Managers dans l’accompagnement et le conseil autour des produits et solutions auprès de nos clients grands comptes.

Vos principales missions sont:

-Détecter et analyser les besoins de nos clients
-Proposer des produits et solutions adaptés
-Maintenir une relation de proximité et de confiance avec les clients
-Etre un support pour la rédaction de documents commerciaux
 

Votre profil

-Environ 2-3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
-Réel sens du service client, vous basez vos relations sur l’échange et le partage
-Curiosité et veille informationnelle sur les nouvelles technologies
-Facilité à communiquer, interagir et gérer les relations C-level
-Expérience dans la collaboration tripartite (organisation interne et clients)

-Tempérament commercial, curiosité, pragmatisme et autonomie
-Vous avez un fort esprit d’équipe et êtes reconnu pour votre force de proposition
-Vous aimez le contact humain, vous êtes curieux des problématiques métiers de nos clients.
-Dans notre contexte international, un niveau correct d’anglais est requis
