Account Manager – Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client based in Aylesbury.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (DOE)

Hours: 9 am-5 pm

Hybrid – 2 days working from home

Duties:

– Act as one of the main points of contact for the management team, reporting any updates to the correct department.
– Manage the roster, ensuring all future absences and holidays are covered within good time, making sure all roles are always covered.
– Carrying out routine client visits to get an understanding of how the client works and their requirements to enhance client relationships.
– Working closely with the clients to arrange induction of new starters and managing the shadowing programme.
– Ensuring all notes and updates are recorded correctly on the company’s internal system
– Assigning new and existing staff in respect of their responsibilities
– Managing staff contracts and encouraging extensions
– Liaise, coordinate and communicate with the staffing team by telephone and email.

– Participate in the out-of-hours call systems, dealing with emergencies out of hours and reporting to the senior team. (rota basis)

Requirements:

– Previous experience in managing clients/projects/people
– Process driven but able to think outside the box
– Have great attention to detail
– Able to problem solve
