Account Manager – Newhaven

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join a dynamic Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in account management within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities – Account Manager – Newhaven
Manage and develop a portfolio of small to medium-sized customer accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Act as the main point of contact for client queries and requirements Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of solutions Monitor account performance and proactively address any potential issues Prepare account plans and regular performance report

Previous experience in account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time A proactive and results-oriented mindset Fluent in English, additional languages would be an advantage
