– Focus on SMB sales, mainly outbound activities to a set of SMB customers
– Build and maintain a relationship with a set of clients to increase the revenue or growth numbers
– Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan
– Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
– Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
