Account Manager, Education Recruitment Consultant – NottinghamAre you an experienced education recruiter who wants to take that next step in their career and work with one of the best Education agencies? We work with hundreds of schools and candidates each week due our fantastic service. So, if your skills lie in filling days, client and candidate management this will be the role for you.I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take over an existing 150+ day desk in Nottingham. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and who can manage workloads and targets autonomously. The desk is very well established with many clients who have worked with Connex for years. We also work with a number of MATs who use us exclusively.Going above and beyond for your schools and candidates is key to your success, so we are looking for someone who really cares about the service they provide.Duties include:

• Developing relationships with newly aquired clients and existing schools through telephone calls and face to face meetings (must have a drivers licence and regular access to a car)
• Recruiting and promoting candidates to schools for supply and Long-Term bookings
• Servicing exisiting relationships with schools to offer the best service possible
• You must be prepared to spend time getting to know your candidates to be able to book them into roles that are ideal for their specific skill set.
• Running payroll efficiently.
• Meeting and interviewing prospective candidates.
• Be willing to put in the hours necessary to meet the demands of a large desk.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in Recruitment, ideally Education
• A real desire to succeed
• Good time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work as part of a successful team and learn from others
• Available to start work at 715am till 415pm.
