We are actively looking for someone who loves working with customers, supporting a busy sales team, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.We’re working with a well-established business in Pocklington who are looking for an organised and customer-focused Account Management Support to join their friendly team.In this role, you’ll be supporting the team to deliver an excellent service to clients, helping maintain strong relationships, and spotting opportunities for growth.Some of the Key Account Manager duties include:

• Supporting Account Managers to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Acting as a link between customers and internal sales personnel
• Assisting with resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently
• Identifying potential sales opportunities and contributing to revenue growth
• Providing administrative and logistical support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining customer spreadsheets
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with relevant teams
• Managing the sales inbox, processing customer orders and responding to queries

The ideal candidate will have some experience in selling or managing customer accounts and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.You’ll be confident speaking with customers, able to juggle different priorities, and happy to get involved with both client-facing and administrative tasks.This is a full-time role working Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, and Fridays 8:30am-4:00pm. Salary is between £26,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, plus a quarterly performance-related bonus.If you’re looking for a role where you can develop your skills in account management while working in a supportive and welcoming team, we’d love to hear from you.
