Discover Impactful Work:

Seeking an Account Payable clerk, who will works within a team where diversity, inclusion is our way of life.

You will partner with a broad number of external and internal business partners, such as vendors, Warehouses, Distribution centers, Ledger accounting, Receivable accounting, Compliance & Audit.

A day in the Life:

• Process invoices and cash applications accurately in our ERP system (IBS) in line with authorization approval matrix and internal control procedures

• Analyse and process our transit account GIT/GRNI

• Process our supplier requests, AP credit balances

Keys to Success:

Education

• Level Degree BTS accounting or DCG or equivalent required.

Experience

• Experience with foreign languages is a distinct advantage

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to quickly learn organization ERP applications, ability to learn accounting principles

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

• High attention to detail and accuracy is a critical component of role

• Ability to challenge the current process and continuously seeks for improvement opportunities

• Has communication awareness
