Together, we bring the diversity of our people’s skills and backgrounds to make informed choices with our clients, for our company, and for our futures.About the Role: The purpose of the Account Sales Executive is to build a pipeline and close service contracts with a client (or small group of clients) across all #Atos Group service lines.Being truly client-centric and developing a relationship with the client that is both broad and deep will enable you to gain a detailed understanding of the client’s business and functional requirements.This will enable you to determine a clear, differentiated strategy to win the client’s selection process, negotiate the contract, and sign the deal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and diverse sales team that has client obsession and people excellence at its core.Client Centricity:

  • Understand and be able to articulate the client’s key business objectives and challenges, across all areas of their business operations relevant to each deal you identify. Understand the market in which the client operates, together with any applicable local or international regulations.
  • Clearly understand the competitive landscape with the client and the threats that it poses to Atos Group.
  • Fully understand the alliance, partner, analyst and advisor landscape with the client and the opportunities that it creates.
  • Develop a broad set of strong relationships across the whole client’s business, extending from the C-level down into the client organisation to include client people actively coaching Atos in winning deals.
  • Engage a full range of Atos people to support and grow this relationship.
  • Openly articulate ‘why’ Atos is relevant to the client.
  • Ensure that the clients will become outstandingly positive references for Atos.

Sales Leadership and Execution:

  • Create, lead, and inspire bid teams to close deals, delivering an Order Entry target each semester.
  • Lead your teams and stakeholders to be obsessive about the client, the competition and how we win.
  • Close your deals and maximise your win rate to 60%.
  • Constantly requalify your deals throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Atos Group governance processes.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and update CRM tools promptly and accurately.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A proven salesperson with a track record of closing deals.
  • Trustworthy, transparent, ethical and operate with high integrity.
  • A proactive advocate of diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong understanding of how digital technology impacts clients, with a highly client-centric approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Relationship-building skills between the client and Atos.
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and commercially astute.
  • A commitment to environmentally sustainable business practices and decarbonisation.
