We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to take charge of a key client account and lead a team. In this crucial role, you’ll oversee project execution, financial tracking, and strategic collaboration between teams-all while ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.

• Location: Hybrid model – 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days
• Reporting Line:
• Close Collaboration: Creative Team, Production Team, Strategy Team

🥇What will keep you busy during the day:Team Leadership

• Manage a one-person team, ensuring effective communication, clear project coordination, and successful task execution.
• Support and mentor your team, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth.
• Ensure all projects align with client expectations and maintain the highest standards of service and delivery.

Operational Project Management

• Oversee multiple 360° marketing campaigns, managing both daily execution and the bigger financial picture.
• Take responsibility for budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking of all projects under your supervision.
• Work closely with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.

Client Relationships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as their main point of contact.
• Use your strategic and interpersonal skills to ensure client needs are understood and reflected in all aspects of campaign execution.
• Provide regular updates, address challenges proactively, and ensure a smooth and transparent communication process.

Hands-On Involvement

• Stay closely connected to project execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting financial objectives.
• Oversee the creative and strategic process, ensuring that briefs align with client goals and agency standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing projects.

🔑 Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

• Minmum 5 years of experience in project management and client services, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Solid understanding of budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in campaign execution.
• Excellent client relationship management-strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2+ level).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (our office is based in Warsaw).
