We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Milan. You will play a key role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting critical business decisions. We are looking for a professional with 5-7 years of experience who is eager to bring their expertise and contribute to the growth of our team in a dynamic and evolving environment.What you’ll do:Record, classify, and manage the archive of accounting and tax records to ensure impeccable documentation.Prepare and issue invoices, bills, declarations, and other administrative and tax documentation with precision and timeliness.Compile data for periodic VAT settlements and the annual VAT declaration, ensuring compliance with regulations.Regularly reconcile suppliers’ and customers’ bank statements, keeping the books up to date.Oversee the daily reconciliation of store cash balances, maintaining accuracy and accountability.Handle accounting records for bank movements and perform monthly bank reconciliations.Collaborate with the Accounting & Controlling Manager to prepare and monitor the cash flow plan and periodic cash flow reports.Support monthly closing activities by preparing data, tables, accounting details, and other information essential for end-of-year financial statements.Act as a responsive point of contact for administrative requests from the Management Team.What we’re looking for:5-7 years of proven experience in accounting.A solid academic background in Economics or related fields.Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Familiarity with Navision software is a significant advantage.Fluency in both Italian and English.
