As an accountant at G.I.M., you’ll leverage your academic background in accountancy or finance, combined with hands-on experience from an accounting firm, to help secure our financial success. Your expertise will play a key role in the timely and accurate closing of monthly and annual accounts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for our day-to-day accounting and involved in every aspect from start to finish. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that all transactions—whether they involve expenses, provisions, payroll entries, depreciation, cost dimensions, or VAT filings—are handled flawlessly. As you oversee the critical processes for month-end closings, your precision and commitment to deadlines guarantee seamless accountability.Your technological know-how enables you to effortlessly navigate the necessary tools, such as Isabel and Adfinity, along with the usual Office packages. You’ll also be involved in the sales invoicing process, from creation to dispatch and follow-up, working closely with our project management office to keep our cash flow under control. As the go-to expert for internal clients, you’ll be the trusted advisor for all accounting-related questions. You are fluent in Dutch and English, and ideally in French, enabling you to deliver top-notch service to the entire team. At G.I.M., continuous improvement is more than just a value; it’s a mindset.
