• Support daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, corporate cards and bank reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Polish accounting standards and internal accounting policies.
• Support the preparation of VAT and CIT tax returns and other statutory reports.
• Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll records and employee expense documentation.
• Monthly and yearly closing activities, including gathering and organizing supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and files to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with other departments (HR, Legal, Operations) to collect financial data and clarify transactions.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Provide support during external audits and tax inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Understanding of Polish accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Demonstrates strong organizational abilities and a hands-on, proactive attitude
