As an Accountant in our Bucharest office, you will have the opportunity to work in an international organization, within a constant learning environment and with a collaborative team.

 

How You’ll Contribute
-Conducting monthly accounting closures and monthly evidence of the trial balance;
-Processing VAT journals and various reports in order to submit monthly tax, recapitulative and informative VAT statements;
-Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns to the Ministry of Finance and to the National Agency for the Environment Fund;
-Preparation of statistical statements and reports for the relevant institutions (INS, BNR);
-Access to and permanent monitoring of SPV in order to submit and obtain documents, check tax payer file;
-Support in the preparation of the audit process and in the annual inventory process.

What you bring

-5+ Years of experience in Accounting;
-Studies in Economics or Accounting;
-Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation;
-MS Office Excel skills (Medium-advanced level);
-Fluent English and Romanian;
-Experience working with SAP would be an advantage;
-Proactive attitude, teamwork and accountability.
