We are currently looking for an Accounting & Reporting Subject Matter Expert to join their team. In this role, you’ll use your deep process knowledge to guide finance operations, support continuous improvement, and help shape the future of our financial services.Main responsibilities:

• Support operations management across accounting teams, business units, and regions
• Provide deep process expertise to ensure effective operations, consistent quality, and robust controls
• Guide, train, and mentor operations teams to enhance performance and knowledge
• Oversee and monitor finance processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and reconciliations
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and the CFO organization to resolve finance-related issues efficiently
• Deliver services in line with the Finance Service Centre strategy, meeting SLAs, KPIs, targets, and budget
• Offer technical insights on the impact of projects, upgrades, and changes, and communicate relevant updates to the team
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose solutions, and support implementation

Required skills:

• Experience in relevant areas such as Group close, contract management, additional, and supplementary information
• Fluency in English
• Relevant operational and/or design solution experience
• Experience supporting and implementing strategic plans across a team
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, preferably in a shared service center
• Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of systems, motivate, train, and support staff
• Relevant post-qualification experience to deliver the accountabilities of the role.
• Experience in continuous improvement tools and techniques
