Accounts or Finance Assistant

York City Centre YO1

A£24,000 – A£25,000 per annum

Full Time Office based position

Hawk 3 Talent Solution are working with a professional services company based in York City Centre who are recruiting for an Accounts or Finance Assistant.

The Role

This position would someone who has a general interest in finance or accounts and has some basic accounting or finance experience. It would suit someone who wants to develop their skills.

Duties

* Provide Assistance to the Accounts department
* Issue of cheques
* Posting of client transactions
* Daily Banking
* Dealing with completion statements
* Checking of bills
* Bank transfers
* Taking card payments over the phone

Experience required

* A minimum of 3 months in an accounts or finance role
* Training will also be provided
* Good communication skills
* Friendly and enthusiastic
