Summary of the Role
Paul Mitchell Associates has been engaged by one of its long standing well established clients to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join its team on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for a “hungry” young person who can be moulded but has some experience.
We would like someone who can do or is willing to learn the following (basically an accounts assistant)
Accounts Receivable – main role
Payroll – Holiday cover (basic bits)
AP – Holiday cover (assist with basic parts)
Answering phones, filing, etc
In time you will learn other roles to support the team.

Systems – Sage 200 and Sage 50 experience is desired but not required as training will be given.

The Right Person
A· Looking for someone who is keen to learn & expand their role,
A· Experience in accounts receivables preferred & finance administration,
A· Effective communication skills,

A· Appointment Type: Permanent
A· Salary: A£24,000 – A£27,000 (subject to experience)
A· Hours: Full-Time (flexible start times) 8:30-5:00 (1hr Lunch) Or 9.00 To 5.00 (A½ Hour Lunch)
A· Holiday 24 Days + Bank Holidays

A· Nest Pension
