The Accounts Payable team provides a centralised service to the whole institution including invoice processing and payment, new supplier set-up, account reconciliation, supplier queries and assessing tax status of self-employed contractors.
Please note this role is for internal applicants only.
This role will be reporting into the Invoices Team Supervisor and based in the Accounts Payable team, which deals with the purchase ledger including payments to suppliers, staff and students. The main focus of the role will be dealing with invoices, invoice exceptions, supplier queries and assisting with invoice helpdesk queries.
You will hold experience in a similar role and a have a methodical approach to work alongside a customer centric focus and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience of Oracle Financial Applications would be desirable, as well as experience working within a customer service environment.
