Accounts Assistant – Tring
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client based in Tring.
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000
Duties:
• Receiving incoming invoices from clients and submitting to clients for approval and PO requests.
• Raising sales invoices to clients
• Dealing with pre-event contract checking.
• Dealing with pre-event prepayments using our funds and credit cards for smaller deposits.
• Dealing with payments using client corporate credit cards.
• Calculating and agreeing fees
• Deducting the company agreed fees
• Raising PO requests on clients for the above.
Requirements:
– A strong understanding of bank/sales and purchase ledger (at least 5 years)
– Must be part of fully qualified in AAT Level 2 & Level 3
– Have experience in using Sage accounting
