The Role:
In this office-based position , you’ll report to the Finance Manager and help keep the finance department running smoothly. You’ll be key in maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect from us.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Managing credit control and working to monthly KPI targets.
* Building strong relationships with customers to ensure cash flow stays on track.
* Data input and handling monthly statement reconciliations.
* Raising daily invoices and credit notes across group companies.
* Raising orders and performing credit limit checks.
* Providing cover for sales ledger and purchase ledger tasks.
* Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Filing and handling ad hoc finance duties as needed.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and a true team player. You’ll bring:

* Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* A clear and professional telephone manner.
* Knowledge of Sage (preferred but not essential-training will be provided).
* Excellent organisation skills and a solution-focused mindset.
