  • Based in the heart of Dublin City Centre- Office based position

About the RoleReporting to the Accounts Manager and working closely with senior stakeholders, including partners and the wider finance team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Issuing monthly invoices to clients
  • Supporting credit control activities
  • Handling day-to-day banking tasks, including providing matter numbers for lodgements
  • Allocating outlay invoices to relevant client matters
  • Managing records for court stamping costs, including allocation and monthly reconciliation
  • Administering petty cash
  • Posting journals to the general ledger
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Monitoring and responding to both client and supplier queries via the shared Finance inbox
  • Supporting ad hoc financial tasks and projects as required

Person Specification & Qualification:

  • Minimum of 1- 4 years’ experience accounting experience
  • Experience within a legal firm is advantageous
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Organised, focused, and deadline-driven
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Experience with Excel
