Accounts Payable & SAP Specialist

NR REF.: 1190431Responsibilities:

• Provide assurance and optimization of invoice verification processes in collaboration with both central and local process owners
• Process monitoring support for operations
• Creation, updating and approval of process documentation in collaboration with operations
• Supporting operations and further stakeholders with training and knowledge management
• Supporting with relocation of processes and tasks (transition management) in close coordination with the contact persons of the transferring centers / operations departments
• Conceptual and project management support for central process management and local stakeholders

Requirements:

• English – B2/C1
• Polish
• Accounts Payable (AP) / Purchase To Pay (PTP) experience – at least 3 years
• Microsoft Excel
• SAP (4Hana, MM, FI)

Nice to have:

• German – B1
• Experience in transition processes
