Ensuring Chart’s Success…We are inviting you to join Howden and become a trusted and valued member of our Accounts Receivable team, which is based in the Budapest Shared Service Centre. As a part of this vital team, you will manage the SSC AR processes making sure Howden, a Chart Industries Company meets all partner and customer requirements in a timely manner, as well as maximising cash flow, while minimising aged debt and improve Accounts Receivables processes, as well as supporting dedicated Local Business Unit(s) and serve own portfolio.What Will You Do?

  • Cash application – booking and approve payments in a timely manner
  • Cash collection and customer query management aligned with defined credit management policy
  • Credit risk assessment and management
  • Debtor based proactive and aged debt collection
  • Contact frequency to meet the target
  • Be prepared and follow up the action as per weekly Portfolio review
  • Report generation right first time on time
  • Develop a good relationship with cross-functional teams (e.g. LBU, AP, FA, IT)

Your Experience Should Be…

  • University or college degree
  • Basic knowledge of finance processes
  • Experience and understanding of major ERP systems
  • Fluency in English and an additional European language
  • Strong Excel skills
