Offer Descriptionknowledge of social research methodologies and techniques for constructing surveys, and being autonomous in defining and measuring the indicators of interest, or carrying out preliminary statistical processing on the data collected. In order to respond to research interests and measure the work-life balance of older workers, the candidate must be able to independently carry out bibliographic research and set up, conduct and analyze semi-structured interviews on the topic under analysis.
