We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Partner with the bestThe Additive Technology Engineer (ATE) executes the design, analysis, testing, and integration required for assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to BH’s business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements. In this role, you will lead the creation, evaluation, and implementation of comprehensive end-to-end manufacturing solutions for key design features in BH products. You ensure that these solutions meet critical performance criteria—including product quality, cost-efficiency, yield, capacity, schedule, and environmental impact—while driving innovation in additive manufacturing processes.As a crucial technical leader, you will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to project teams, supporting the professional development of junior engineers. Your responsibilities also include developing test plans, analyzing test data, drawing meaningful conclusions, and documenting technical information in accordance with engineering policies and procedures. Timely communication on significant issues or developments is essential, as is your active participation in technical and program reviews and cross-functional team collaborations to achieve strategic business goals.As an Additive Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Work with cross-functional teams, Global Supply Managers, and BH suppliers to align manufacturing development strategies with clear goals, schedules, and expectations. Ensure timely and effective communication of progress, issues, and technical findings. * Identify and implement appropriate fabrication equipment and processes to meet design and operational requirements.
