Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571) and in accordance with the applicable Statute of the University of Kalisz.I Requirements for candidates (determination of statutory and legal requirements to be met by a candidate):Academic title / academic degree / professional title:

• doctoral degree in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of management and quality sciences or a related discipline.
• Documented scientific achievements in the field or scientific discipline to which the candidate’s main scientific achievements are to apply (does not apply to teaching positions):

• publication record in a foreign language;
• scientific discipline: management and quality sciences – 100% contribution.
• Specification of the required teaching or professional experience of the candidate (not applicable to research positions):
• Employment will take place under a fixed-term employment contract and full-time – 240 hours per year teaching load (in the case of employment after the beginning of the academic year, the teaching load is determined as 1/30 of the annual teaching load specified for a given position for each week in which classes are conducted at the University).
• The University of Kalisz is to be the candidate’s primary place of employment, within the meaning of the Act, after his or her employment.
• There is a possibility of conducting a job interview.

– scientific experience in the field of logistics;– availability and commitment to the Institute, the Faculty of SocialSciences and the University;– fluency in Polish and good knowledge of English.II Documents required : * Letter of application addressed to the Rector.

• Professional CV containing information on scientific and organisational achievements as well as the direction of further activities, list of publications and others.
• Personal questionnaire (the form can be downloaded from the School’s official website).
• Diploma duplicates certifying the given education.
• Employment certificates of completed periods of employment.
• Declaration of compliance with the requirements of Art. 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571).
• Declaration that the University of Kalisz will be the primary place of work in case of winning the competition (declaration form available for download from the University’s website).
• Agreement on personal data processing.

III Job application forms are to be submitted to the Human Resources Department, 62-800 Kalisz, ul. Nowy Świat 4 room 48. Deadline for submitting job application forms: 21st March 2025 till 12:00.IV The Information about the result of the recruiting competition along with the justification will be announced no later than 14 days from the date of submitting offers on the University’s website.The University does not provide housing, but provides accommodation in its own hotel base.The University reserves the right not to contest without giving any reason. The result of the recruiting competition does not amount to the employment of the candidate and constitutes a recommendation in this regard for the Rector.
