We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Digital, Data and Technology Department!

About the role:

As an integral member of the DDaT Team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of the department’s administrative duties. 

This is a varied role supporting the Purchasing, Finance and Administration team where every day is different. You will work collaboratively in a small supportive team and receive training to aid you in your role.

Responsibilities will range from making purchases and authorising spends, to monitoring stock levels, maintaining departmental records and coordinating health and safety checks. 

About you: 

This is a varied role which would suit an enthusiastic and organised individual who enjoys being customer facing. Working as part of a close-knit team you will be able to prioritize daily workload within a changing environment, whilst adapting your communication style to suit different contacts.

The ability to work efficiently alone as well as within a small but busy team is essential. Proven experience of working in a busy office environment would be a bonus.
