What success looks like in this role:

  • Supervises the efforts of a Service Management team.
  • Ensures team provides timely and effective client service support.
  • Resolves staff inquiries and complex client service issues.
  • Maintains quality standards for Service Management teams.
  • Identifies opportunities for department-wide improvement and communicates with management to effectuate change.
  • Communicates, implements and supports process change initiatives as directed by management.
  • Acts as key escalation point for team and oversees ongoing problem resolution.
  • Manages team projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
