Join a leading construction company and contribute to a major project in Huddersfield!

We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a part-time administrator on a construction project in Huddersfield. This role offers flexibility with working hours and is set to begin in May.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the site team, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project files, meeting minutes, and attendance sheets.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
* Provide support to site personnel with administrative tasks.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A positive and proactive attitude.
* 12-week background check required due to the nature of the project.
