Administrator – Fixed Term Contract for 10 Months

The Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society are seeking to appoint an Administrator who will work closely with the Head of Practice (and Deputy) to support Project Practice Education Facilitators (PEFs).

This post is to work with our Cheshire and Merseyside practice partners as part of a Health Education England Funded project to support/expand clinical placement capacity within Cheshire and Merseyside.  This is a collaborative project with University of Chester, University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores and Edge Hill University.  

You will be responsible as the first point of contact for our practice education facilitator team, to manage information requested by staff and students, servicing meetings and keeping accurate and up-to-date records of related activity. You will also be responsible for the smooth administration of practice priorities and initiatives. 

You will be educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, have experience within an administrative role as well as a high level of written and oral communication skills. You will be well organised, self-motivated, self-evaluative and able to pay attention to detail and be able to work effectively with others as a competent team member.
