THE ROLE:
– Personal Assistant to Director
– Various administrative duties for the team
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Reply to email and telephone enquiries
– Maintain customer contact lists and files
– Order office supplies
– Chase outstanding invoices
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– Experience as an administrator
– Attention to detail and able to multi-task
– Flexible approach to work
– Comfortable working autonomously
– MS Office experience
SALARY & BENEFITS:
– £22,500 with opportunities for growth
