Global Service Operations
ConstructionVestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux, Eastern Europe, and South Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.The Construction Team is a part of the Service Delivery Center and is responsible for administrative tasks related to turbine installation. The team cooperates with Project Coordinators, Site Managers, and Site Supervisors from North and Central Europe. We are looking for a new college for the PR/PO creation team.Responsibility

• Maintaining and active tracking of PO/PR
• Communication with internal stakeholders (e.g.Finance, RPO Team, site management, other teams )
• Coordination of problem-solving between various stakeholders
• Knowledge sharing across a team, as well as the entire organization
• Implementation of solutions/optimization of the processes
• Conducting (directly or remotely) meetings with internal stakeholders
• Creation of presentations and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Fluent English is required
• Experience in a corporate business administration environment is beneficial
• Good MS Office knowledge
• SAP and Salesforce experience will be an asset

• Team-oriented and customer-oriented person
• ability to work in an international environment, which requires an understanding of cultural differences as well as fluent English
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial
