Mediplacements are seeking a driven and motivated band 6 Adult Dietitian to work at our client’s hospital in Derbyshire.

The pay for this position is GBP23-GBP28 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for a 3 month duration.

Successful candidates must be HCPC registered.

Job Description:
*To provide nutrition & dietetic services to adults and carers at Chesterfield Royal Hospital and across North Derbyshire.
*To initiate nutrition care plans for adults in hospital with complex nutritional needs.
*To support artificial nutrition support decision making as part of multidisciplinary teams
*To provide a client centred nutrition & dietetic service at various locations according to patient’s needs.
*To accurately collect relevant activity data required for service monitoring, management, and evaluation.
*To develop evidence based dietary information in conjunction with other members of the nutrition and dietetic team.
*To provide cover for senior dietetic colleagues as appropriate.
*To work with other members of the nutrition & dietetic team and catering staff to develop menus to meet the need of inpatients.
