• Together with your colleagues you will translate functional requirements into suitable solutions within the HR systems.

• You are responsible for maintenance, configurations and enhancements on AFAS-Profit, Cornerstone and TalentLink.

• You will work with colleagues and/or implementation partners in project teams for e.g. process improvements or implementation of newly acquired HR applications.

• You will collaborate with key users and HRM Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to handle service requests, incidents, and problems.

• Integrations between AFAS-Profit and other systems are managed by you and your colleagues.

• You will ensure proper documentation of the adjustments, features, functionalities, and design/implementation choices.

Your strong analytic thinking, problem solving skills and attention to detail provides you with the ability to build future-proof solutions that meet the demands of our internal customers.Furthermore, you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Information Technology, Human Resources or equivalent.
• Extensive experience as a system administrator or consultant of the application AFAS-Profit (at least 3 years).
• Have you completed the AFAS administrator courses? Then that’s a plus.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• A proactive attitude, you are flexible, and you are driven to optimize business value, user experience and process efficiency.
• Preferably you have experience with JIRA and MS-Teams.
• Optional: Experience as a system administrator of the applications Cornerstone and/or TalentLink
