• Partner Acquisition: Identify and attract new partners, fostering long-term collaboration on mutually beneficial terms;
• Traffic Acquisition: Provide a wise split of different traffic sources to ensure product growth;
• Support and Retention: Provide support and retention strategies for existing partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction;
• Tracking Setup: Configure tracking and set up offers/campaigns for optimal performance;
• Daily Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, reconcile statistics, coordinate rate adjustments, scale profitable campaigns, and test new traffic sources;
• Traffic Quality Control: Ensure the quality of traffic and approve partner payouts;
• Product Visibility: Enhance product visibility through forums/chats and participation in local and international conferences.

Навички

• 2 years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in iGaming or betting companies;
• Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and advertising;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in tracking tools and data analysis;
• Knowledge of the UA and EU market and affiliate landscape.
