LONG TERM TEMPORARY

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive and professional Aftercare Advisor for our client based in Bridgwater. If you are confident and have a passion for a customer service , this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly, politely, and professionally to product-related queries via email, phone, and social media.
* Manage the warranty order cycle through our ERP system, including:
* Providing accurate product information and fitting advice.
* Determining warranty status and processing replacements or spare orders.
* Monitoring order status and liaising with engineers and couriers.
* Communicating any issues or delays effectively to customers.
* Coordinate engineer visits and manage the entire process, including:
* Scheduling with customers and third-party engineers.
* Analysing engineer reports to provide optimal resolutions.
* Following up on all queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Handle complaint management and warranty investigations.
* Stay updated on company procedures, terms and conditions, and customer contract agreements.

About You:

* Previous experience within an After Care / Service role.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented and committed to delivering service excellence.
