What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to specification.
Supporting service in busy, fast-paced kitchens.
Covering different sections (pastry, sauce, larder, grill, etc.) as needed.
Maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Adapting quickly to new menus, teams, and venues.
Managing prep and service efficiently, even under pressure.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef.
Ability to step into new kitchens and hit the ground running.
A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach.
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Driving licence preferred for some assignments.
