Sous l’autorité du Responsable d’atelier et au sein d’une équipe, nous proposons cette opportunité d’Agent de production pour mener à bien les opérations de conditionnement des produits chimiques selon les ordres de fabrication. Ses actions s’inscrivent dans le cadre de la politique Qualité – Hygiène – Sécurité – Environnement du site et selon les procédures en vigueur (référentiels ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, SGS)

Vos responsabilités

  • Rassembler les matériels nécessaires à la réalisation de l’ordre de fabrication,
  • Réaliser les étapes de conditionnement
  • Réaliser les contrôles de conformité à chaque étape du processus du conditionnement
  • Suivre les protocoles de conditionnement spécifiques mentionnés sur les ordres de fabrication
  • Régler et utiliser les machines de remplissage
  • Veiller au maintien en ordre et en propreté des matériels de conditionnement ainsi que l’atelier de conditionnement
  • Participer à la vie de l’atelier dans ses opérations courantes (maintenance des installations, mise en sécurité, gestion des consommables et des déchets…)
  • Assister les techniciens de maintenance lors des interventions (selon la demande).

La nature des produits (corrosifs) et leur caractère dangereux (toxiques, CMR, comburants ou inflammables…) requièrent le port de vêtements et de protections individuelles.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Niveau : B.E.P./C.A.P.
  • Expérience souhaitable en Industrie Chimique et manipulation de produits dangereux, Formation CACES 1 et 3
  • Qualités recherchées : esprit d’équipe, rigueur, communication, disponibilité et esprit d’amélioration continue
