MISSIONS :

L’Agent Export est le principal interlocuteur des différents services clients avec lesquels le centre de distribution est en relation pour les pays nécessitant une documentation douanière spécifique. Sa mission principale est le suivi des commandes export et le traitement de la documentation pour les envois export. Il doit s’assurer de la livraison et de la qualité du transport des produits, en collaboration avec les équipes.

RESPONSABILITÉS / TÂCHES

Assurer la gestion administratives des commandes Export

• Traiter les demandes de suivi de commandes

• Avoir un suivi de l’ensemble des envois Export

• Garantir le respect de nos engagements avec les spécificités clients

• Gérer les enlèvements et les inspections au besoin

• Créer l’ensemble de la documentation réglementaire liée aux différentes destinations afin de garantir la bonne réception par le client

• Être force de proposition pour améliorer la gestion opérationnelle du flux export et gagner en efficacité

Être un support opérationnel

• Garantir la réussite des clôtures de mois en tenant compte des incoterms

• Informer le service client concerné de l’avancement de la commande en utilisant les systèmes informatiques de gestion des commandes du site

• Être l’interface entre les opérations et le customer service pour les envois Export
